Can I book on behalf of someone else?
Yes. Our booking platform is designed for Executive Assistants and Travel Managers. You can easily book rides for “Guest Passengers” and receive all status updates (driver on location, passenger on board) directly to your email or phone, ensuring you stay in control of your executive’s itinerary.
What vehicles do you offer for corporate travel?
Our fleet is exclusively comprised of late-model, black-on-black luxury vehicles. Please note that while we guarantee the vehicle class, specific models are subject to availability:
- Flagship Luxury Sedans: Mercedes-Benz S-Class, BMW 7 Series, or similar.
- Premium Luxury SUVs: Cadillac Escalade ESV, Lincoln Navigator, or similar.
- Executive SUVs: Chevrolet Suburban, GMC Yukon XL, or similar.
- All vehicles are smoke-free, impeccably detailed, and equipped with bottled water, chargers, and Wi-Fi.
Are your chauffeurs vetted?
Yes. “Matrix Limos” chauffeurs are more than just drivers. They are vetted professionals who undergo background checks, drug testing, and non-disclosure agreement (NDA) training to ensure the privacy and safety of our high-profile clients.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We automatically track all inbound flights using real-time flight tracking software. If your flight is delayed, your pickup time is automatically adjusted so your chauffeur is there when you land—no need to call us.
Where will I meet my chauffeur?
- Curbside Pickup: Your chauffeur will text you upon landing. Once you have your bags, simply reply with your terminal door number, and they will pull up to the curb.
- Meet & Greet (Recommended for VIPs): Your chauffeur will meet you inside the terminal at the baggage claim area (or customs exit for international flights) holding a tablet or sign with your name. They will assist with luggage and escort you to the vehicle
Is there a waiting time fee?
We provide a complimentary grace period to ensure a stress-free arrival:
Domestic Flights: 30 minutes of free wait time after landing.
International Flights: 60 minutes of free wait time after landing.
Non-Airport Pickups: 15 minutes of free wait time.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that business schedules change.
- Standard Cancellation: Rides for all Sedans and SUVs can be cancelled free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 2 hours of the pickup time will be charged the full fare.
- No Shows: If the passenger does not appear and cannot be contacted, the full fare will be charged.
How far in advance should I book?
While we can often accommodate immediate requests, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee your preferred vehicle class.
Do you have child seats available?
Yes. We can provide rear-facing, forward-facing, or booster seats upon request for a small additional fee. Please request this at the time of booking to ensure the chauffeur arrives with the seat pre-installed.
