Privacy Policy
Last revised: October 22, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Zara Worldwide Inc., a Maryland corporation doing business as Matrix Limos ("Matrix Limos", "we", "us" or "our"), collects, uses and shares personal information when you use matrixlimos.com, our booking tools and our communication channels (together, the "Matrix Limos Platform"), and when a ride you book is performed by an independent local operator or chauffeur (a "Local Service Provider"). It forms part of our Terms of Use.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. Name, email address, telephone number, pickup and drop-off addresses, flight details, passenger and luggage counts, special requests, payment card details (collected and stored by our payment processor, not by us), company and cost-centre details for corporate accounts, and anything you write to us.
Information collected automatically. When you use the Matrix Limos Platform we and our service providers collect your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, the link or advertisement that brought you to us, and cookie identifiers. Location data is collected only when you choose to share it to set a pickup point.
Information from others. Booking details from a travel agency, corporate account or other person booking on your behalf, and ride-completion details from the Local Service Provider who performed your ride.
2. How we use information
- To quote, book, confirm, perform and support your ride, including sending your name, telephone number, pickup details and requests to the Local Service Provider assigned to it.
- To charge your payment method, issue receipts and invoices, and handle refunds and disputes.
- To send ride notifications by email and text: confirmations, chauffeur details, arrival alerts and receipts.
- To respond to your requests and complaints and to improve the Matrix Limos Platform and our service.
- To show you relevant advertising for our services and to measure how our advertising performs.
- To detect fraud, enforce our Terms of Use and comply with law.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Local Service Providers who perform your ride. They receive your name, telephone number, pickup and drop-off details, flight details and special requests, and may use them only to perform the ride.
- Service providers that operate parts of our business for us: booking and dispatch software, payment processing, email and text messaging, customer-relationship tools, website hosting and analytics. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Advertising and measurement partners such as Google, which may receive your email address and basic contact details in hashed form, and cookie data from our website, so we can show relevant advertising and measure it.
- Corporate accounts and travel agencies that booked on your behalf, who receive confirmation, chauffeur details and the invoice for rides they arranged.
- Authorities and others where the law requires it, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our customers, Local Service Providers or Matrix Limos, or in connection with a merger, sale or reorganisation of our business.
4. Text messages
By providing your mobile number at booking, through a form, or by opting in by text, you consent to receive text messages from Matrix Limos about your bookings, including confirmations, chauffeur details and service updates, and, where you have opted in, promotional messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop and HELP for help. We do not share mobile numbers or text-message opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers are shared with service providers only to deliver our messages and support.
5. Your choices
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Text: reply STOP to any message from us.
- Advertising: email info@matrixlimos.com or call (914) 237-9700 to be removed from the customer lists we share with advertising partners; you can also manage personalised advertising at myadcenter.google.com.
- Your data: contact us to request a copy of, a correction to, or the deletion of your personal information. We will verify your identity before acting and respond within the time the applicable law requires.
- Cookies: you can set your browser to refuse cookies; parts of the Matrix Limos Platform may then not work.
6. Security
Information is transmitted using TLS encryption. Card payments are handled by a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our own systems. Access to personal information is limited to personnel and service providers who need it to perform their work.
7. Retention
We keep booking, payment and communication records for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes and meet tax, accounting and legal obligations, generally seven years from the ride date, and delete or anonymise them afterwards. Marketing preferences are kept until you change them.
8. Children
The Matrix Limos Platform is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised version takes effect when posted, with the date shown at the top. Where a change is material we will notify you by email or by a notice on the Matrix Limos Platform.
