How Matrix Limos works

Matrix Limos is a booking and dispatch platform for premium ground transportation. You tell us where, when and which vehicle class; we confirm a fixed, all-inclusive price before you book and assign the ride to an independent, licensed professional chauffeur partner who performs it. One number to call, one confirmation, one receipt, 24 hours a day.

Our focus is executive and corporate travel: airport transfers to JFK, LaGuardia, Newark, Westchester County (HPN) and Teterboro, hourly as-directed service, point-to-point rides and corporate accounts with a single monthly invoice.

Matrix Limos is operated by Zara Worldwide Inc., a Maryland corporation, and serves Westchester and Fairfield County travelers rated 4.8 on Google by more than 576 riders. We do not own vehicles or employ drivers. We select, onboard and dispatch chauffeur partners who hold the licenses, permits and insurance required where the ride is performed, and we stand behind the booking: confirmed pickup, tracked flights, fixed price, and a dispatcher who answers.

What we do

We make the price and the pickup predictable. Every quote is flat and includes the chauffeur gratuity; tolls are added at cost and nothing else is added after the ride. Airport pickups are tracked against the actual landing time, with meet-and-greet at arrivals and waiting time built in. Corporate clients get an account manager, cost-center reporting and one invoice a month instead of a stack of receipts.

Fixed quotes before booking, gratuity included, no surge, no meter. If a cancellation falls inside our published window, you are told the charge before you confirm it.

Chauffeur partners are vetted before they take their first Matrix Limos ride and are briefed on every booking: passenger name, flight, luggage and special requests. Their performance is reviewed against rider feedback on every trip.

You book a class: business sedan, first class or luxury SUV. Chauffeur partners supply late-model vehicles that meet that class's standard, and the passenger and luggage capacity shown at booking is the capacity you get.

Chauffeur partners are paid promptly and transparently for every ride, including the full gratuity. A partner who is treated fairly shows up on time and takes care of your passenger; that is the whole business.
